Relaxing staying after all!
It was a nice staying but only for the second night I spent in this hotel. When I first checked in I was given a room right in front of the elevators in a place where it should have been a waiting space in front of the elevators as it is on the 3rd floor. From floor 4 and upwards this space has been transformed into a small room for single use but it is unacceptable as it is very noisy. You can’t sleep at any time of the day as you can hear guests and luggage all the time. It’s literally like living in front of the elevators without a wall. When I asked from the receptionist to give me another room she refused by saying that everything was occupied at the moment but in a rather indifferent and rude manner. Of course it was impossible for me to sleep or relax that day when THIS is the reason that everyone goes to the Dead Sea. The next morning fortunately I was given a wonderful, quiet room that really made my day. So never book a single room in this hotel because you will be given the worst kind of rooms available. The rest of the facilities like the lobby and the spa were very nice except maybe from the sauna which needs maintenance. I had a great massage by an exceptional therapist that made my body so thankful. In addition breakfast was superb offering a wide variety of foods even vegan options. It was completely satisfying with fresh fruit and veggies as well as homemade cakes and pies. Location is great as it is 2 minutes walking from the beach or the bus station.
