When I arrived at the hotel to check in, I was told that my two rooms that I had reserved, and already paid for, for an out of state family trip, were no longer available and that they had no rooms left. While i was standing off to the side of the front desk trying to contact Hotels.com, whom I had made the reservations through, another customer had come in and asked about a room for the night, he did not have a reservation. She was magically able to find a room for him. When he was done checking in, I asked her how she had a room for him if there were none left, and she told me that the room didn't have a TV. I didn't care if the room had a TV or not, we just needed somewhere to sleep for the night. I was beyond angry. She made no effort at all to help us, or show any concern at all for the fact that they had given our rooms to someone else. I will never make a reservation or stay at a Motel 6 again.
