Everything was great. The property inside and out is clean, well kept and modern. The Polaris location is close to everything, if you want to walk or drive. The staff are courteous and helpful. I will definitely recommend this facility and plan on staying again for future visits to Columbus.

I arrive at 11:00pm to find out that the Air Conditioning is out for the entire hotel. Never got a call or email even though I am Lifetime Gold Elite and they have my contact details in my profile. Travelocity is ZERO HELP - it takes five phone calls before they agree to book me into another hotel for the second night of my stay. I wind up spending the night in an 83 degree room and Travelocity has the nerve to try and charge me for that night. I get up the next morning to find both elevators are broken. This hotel is poorly maintained and poorly managed. And I will never use Travelocity again due to their poor customer service. So tired of being transferred to a call center in India and hearing kids screaming in the background.

One night stop on muti-day trip. Relatively small suite for a Residence Inn. Bathroom sink drained poorly. Never was able to log in to WiFi. Pet fee was extremely high. That said, room was clean. Good takeout meal from bar across the street.

I like that the property was near the mall and all stores that was very convenient. They had restaurants and other things to do. The hotel it self furnished is outdated dirty, housekeeping is not up to Marriott standards. There was hair in the freezer and the refrigerator upon arrival and spills on the couch and they had the pillows flipped so you couldn’t see the dirt in the spills when you came in. We was Assured by management John that we would be compensated but we have not heard anything from the residence as of today. I am a Marriott member and I was very disappointed
