Teníamos muchas expectativas sobre este lugar pero en realidad está descuidado, luce muy viejo, el baño de nuestra habitación estaba tapado, la tina de hidromasaje no funcionó correctamente, algunos empleados atienden de mala gana, el jacuzzi al aire libre tiene costo adicional, el agua no está fría pero tampoco es termal, sólo hay una opción de restaurant y la comida no es buena, no puedes ingresar alimentos de otro lado porque te amenazan con cobrarte 1,500 pesos... en general dista mucho de lo que aparece en redes sociales.
