This apartment was lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful. They provided us with a selection of breakfast snacks which came in handy. The bed was vey comfortable and the décor was tastefully done. Great location for site seeing. The Duomo 10-15 walk. I will happily stay there again next time. Highly recommended

Wonderful stay! We were greeted and shown around the property by a very friendly and helpful lady.
The accommodation is in a good location with a metro stop nearby and a comfortable 20 minute walk to Duomo.
The accommodation was well equipped and very safe.
The only minor negative is that we sent a WhatsApp message to the contact number provided and we didn’t receive a reply or a resolution to our question, also, one side of the mattress had a dip in it, so my husband didn’t sleep well.
Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Loved this spot! The owners were so nice and helpful. The gentleman took the time to escort us to the garage and also to the apartment. He showed us everything to know with the apartment. Would definitely stay here again if I got back to Milan.

First of all, I highlight the particularly kind, attentive, helpful and sympathic staff of Residenza Isabella. They contributed very much to my overall satisfaction with my stay.
The apartment was modern and well-equiped, the AC worked perfectly and even a washing maschine was available.
As I lenjoy walking through cities, I did not mind that the location was not in the very heart of the city, which though is conveniently reachable by foot, metro or eScooter/eBike.
Personally, I'd recommend this place to my family and friends.

I appreciate that someone was still in the check-in office when I arrived late, I was unable to call amid travels and luckily was able to check in late.
The location is great, a 10-15 min walk to Duomo.
It is a very secure apartment. The elevator to the room is convenient to transport luggage to your room. I also appreciated the fruit, snacks and beverages provided. Bed is comfy, apartment very clean and modern.
