The receptionist guy who checked me in is quite incompetent, the butler only was very untipathic, tip focus, the turn down service came at 10:22 pm, so many crazy points, the room was not perfectly clean, the lamp for example was full of dust, they did not provide the gold level benefit, the excuse was based on availability, and there was no room available for upgrade, no early check in, all rooms are occupied, the lunch and dinner is great, the breakfast is medium category, all the breads were dry, the waitree forgot to mention they have a'la carte options as well, all in all it could be a great resort, IF THE MANAGEMENT would be able to TRAIN, COACH, MOTIVATE and CONTROL the team, but here it does not work.
