Nice hotel, clean and most of the staff were really friendly. When I went to check in we were a little early and I knew we had the possibility of not getting a room until later on... but the lady I encountered at the desk wasn't friendly at all. Luckily when we returned later on to check in someone else was there to check us in and she was friendly. The evening reception used to be much better it was ok, I think I will head over to the Drury next time.

Great experience. Check-in was easy. We took advantage of the free happy hour - it was veggies and chips and salsa - but we were happy with that. Room was clean - showing a little wear but it worked well for our family of three. Breakfast was awesome and had a nice hot buffet with a omelette station. One of the only downside was that the indoor pool was cold - but we went in the middle of winter. Would definitely stay again.

2 day solo trip - nice hotel
I selected this hotel because I wanted to check out the Swamp Rabbit Trail and it was directly on the greenway. Hotel is clean and spacious, and easy check in. The room was a suite with river view, very nice and was priced not too much above standard room at the time. TV was easy to operate, bed was comfortable, pillows not so much but I should have brought my own ( and usually do) Breakfast was included with room and was pretty good. Elevators were fast. I try to avoid pet friendly hotels, and although this is pet friendly there were no issues. I don’t like parking garages so used the valet parking. I would stay here again if in the area.

Great location!
This hotel is a wonderful place for location with plenty of restaurants nearby. Love the free breakfast and free drinks at night. Very nice hotel. We would definitely stay here again. If i had 1 thing negative to say then it would be room service never came or came too late. We had to go get replacement towels and take trash out ourselves. But no biggie. The rooftop bar staff Val and JD were wonderful servers.

Love this hotel and the balcony room! Location is amazing, staff equally so and the Up on the Roof hotel restaurant has got mountain views on one side and city views on the other with some fantastic food and drinks to go with it. No better place to stay for our family.
