Refrigerator did not work, several outlets did not work, certain lights did not work. Worst part about it is they already knew about the problems before I even booked the room and failed to mention, especially after I had called hotel to verify my itinerary was received during same day. It was suggested to me to contact Expedia for a partial to full refund by a staff member, since there was no manager on duty. Once Expedia did what they did on there end, the manager of hotel denied to give partial or any type of compensation for the inconvenience. When road traveling with kids it’s necessary to have a working room with a refrigerator, good thing the ice maker in the lobby worked. Recently renovated they say on their website, more like a cover up. Expedia gave me a $25 credit for the inconvenience. Thanks Expedia!
