Nice Stay
I wish I had known the room fridge DID have a freezer compartment... I could have brought a Strickland’s Frozen Custard hard-pack. Loved the in room safe. Would have liked a lake view room. Overall a great place to stay!

Front desk employees and restaurant employees all seemed to hate their jobs. Really affected our mood. I have never stayed at a hotel where the front desk seemed mad they had to wait on us.

Overpriced for what you get!
Overpriced restaurants, but nice that they are on property. The rooms are very small and the beds are not comfortable. Needs updating.

Ate at Fridays. Food was just ok. Hamburger was over cooked. They got 3 of our 4 orders incorrect. Would not go back.
Our room was ok but housekeeping left food in the refrigerator from the previous occupants. Also had a few ants.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were kind of cramped for a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids, but definitely didn't deter from our overall stay. It was fantastic having easy access to the park near Magnum & the waterpark (+ 1 hour early entry!). Nice selection of restaurants, pools, and hot tubs on site + easy access to the beach. Wonderful!

Fine for our needs
Early entrance into the park was awesome. We didn’t use most amenities at the hotel, but the beach access was fun! However, the room bathroom needs a fan for humidity purposes.

Breakers Hotel
The park is amazing as always but the hotel experience is just mediocre. They could really do better with dedicated hotel concierges instead of relying on college kids. Rooms were clean and well stocked, though, so that's a plus. The food at the hotel was hit or miss and TGI Fridays is horrific (service and food quality).

It was clean on inside, the may flies on outside were pretty excessive, but maybe it was the breeding season?

Location next to Cedar Point is fantastic, that is what you are paying for. The beach is also great and we enjoyed the cabanas and views. Besides that, very limited food options, slow service all around, one bartender at TGI Fridays and the Beach Bar every night; everything had an hour+ wait. Felt like it wasn’t properly staffed everywhere for the busy summer season. Rooms aren’t cleaned every day but you do get clean towels if you ask.

Ride on!
We loved our stay. It was very convenient and clean. We had a couple issues with other folks spilling things in the elevators. It would be nice if the phones by the elevators had an extension to call to report this.

Okay, but overpriced.
The hotel itself is okay, but very large and its easy to get turned around. Parking isn't always convenient to your room. It's always busy and noisy. Bathrooms in the rooms are tiny and they have no outlet in them to use the hairdryer. Obviously it is very convenient to Cedar Point and the beach which is the main perk. We had to return to the front desk to get our early entry paper for Cedar Point. I wish the front desk would just make that part of checking in.
