Dorothy, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was very nice, fresh waffles, eggs & sausage, along with normal items like juices, yogurt, coffee and cereal. Rooms were as expected, beds were very nice. Overall a very nice stay at a reasonable price.
Kent, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Nice staff but aged and run down facility.

Front desk folks were friendly and charming. Room floor was uneven, slanted and a tripping hazard. Beds were also slanted as the foot of the bed was easily 2 inches higher than the head. Overall condition of the hotel was pretty rundown and aged. No small critters or signs of them was seen in the beds, which was a real concern based on the hotel condition. Will not stay here again as we discovered other, newer hotels within a few miles but were not listed on hotels.com when we made our reservation here.
2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Nice 2 night stay.

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Large spacious room that was very comfortable. Hot motel breakfast good. Price good. Town has limited restaurant choice

all was good . we were tired because of the funeral
Julie, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

I wasn’t able to cancel. Get a credit. Or a portion of what had been paid. Delayed flights and snowstorms derailed my plans. Staff didn’t even seem sympathetic. I know that I didn’t purchase the protection. I understand that too.

Our stay was good except for breakfast. It was ice cold. Everything else was fine.

Not so "Quality"

We were put in the very end room on the first floor. The floor had a wave in the concrete below the carpet. Annoying and tripping hazard. The AC was noisy and failed to do much cooling even though it was not a very warm day. Only one entrance/ exit to the building. No elevator.
1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Our room and the motel in general were clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of pressure. The rooms were adequate size. It was quiet the night we were there. The manager and his family were friendly, polite, and helpful. The breakfast selection and quality were good including yogurt, sausage, scrambled eggs, danish, muffins, toast, waffles, cereal, fruit, coffee, and juices. The pool was inviting but on the smaller side. The rooms had window mounted heaters/ac which kept the room at a comfortable temperature and were no more noisy than usual. Good value for a two star hotel.
Michael, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The place was quiet and easy to find, but the room wasn't very clean (the bathroom mirror was not clean - lots of dirty splashes in it), and the heating system barely worked. Sure, it was freezing outside, but it took two hours to barely reach 68-70 degrees in the room, and the heater had a hard time staying there all night.
