Not the best service
The property is nice and comfortable but the service wasn't up to par. I was given a handicapped room without notification. I reserved 2 beds and was given a room with one. Since the additional person that was supposed to come with us didn't come, I didn't complain as one bed was enough. The issue started when my husband and I left early in the morning to take a walk and came back to the room before check out to get ready for the day, housekeeping was already there cleaning the room and didn't leave when we said we hadn't checked out yet. When I informed the front desk that we weren't ready to check out and housekeeping was in the room, she said "that happens sometimes". There was no apology or any offer to resolve the situation. When I reached to the General Manager to let them know what happened, I was told that if I left anything in the room they have a lost in found that anything that was left would be sent to. I understand that problems occur and can see why they want to to get a head start on cleaning a room but the response given to this complaint was unsatisfactory and I would be hesitant to use this hotel again based on their idea of resolution.
