The key didn’t work when we checked in. We went back to the front desk to fix it. It still didn’t work and acted like someone was already in the room. They sent us to a new room that was the wrong size. We went back and they said Expedia booked them the wrong number of people. I talked to hotels.com and they called the property. Marriott said the booking looked correct when they pulled it up again. The larger room was sold out, so they upgraded us to the family suite. Whole process took over a hour. They treated us like second class citizens for not booking through Marriott. We will never stay there again.
