Misrepresentation all over
They seemed to clean okay before we had arrived, though at 9am the housekeeper tried to enter the room without warning (thankfully we had the chain across locking it that way as well) and he tried that 3 more times before giving up. We said we did not need housekeeping and he kept trying.
I ordered trip insurance, he seemed to have cancel that part of my order at the desk. My total had dropped the $4.50/person at the register and he took forever to check us in after already having my ID and room card in front of him, I can only assume this was to cancel my insurance for the hotel.
The shower head was more akin to a pressure washer, it sprayed through the curtain and soaked the floor out to the bed with the door closed and towels down. Some lights in the room didn’t even work. The beds were too hard, as well as we got a room with 1 bed and were given a room with 2 beds.
