Worst stay of my life. $450 for two nights in a dusty, musty room with towels that smelled like mildew and beds full of crumbs. I had to use my inhaler constantly because of the dust.
Then came the nightmare: fire alarms blasting at 9 a.m. for FOUR hours straight. The blonde cleaning lady barged into our room (while my friend was in a towel) accusing us of smoking, then told me to “calm down.” We ate breakfast outside because it was too loud inside. The fire department came into our room 15 times and even admitted the system was outdated.
It didn’t end there!!! alarms again at midnight, then again at 7 a.m., and every 15 minutes after that. Basically paid to stay inside a fire drill simulator.
When I asked the owner for a partial refund, he argued, made excuses, and told me it was “out of his control.” Sir, you’re the OWNER. Take responsibility.
