Below expectations. Wouldn't recommend.
Far below my expectations, service was really average. Check in was traumatic with the concierge stating not having received request. So, no high floor (which is what you really aim at when you choose to stay in a glass skyscraper). VIP lounge entrance kindly offered to make up for it, but due to free food and drinks, the lounge was full of a group who looted the bar and alcoholic drinks yelling and shouting, a fact that made impossible for any other visitor to stay in the lounge. Rooms are full of light and very clean. Breakfast is rich BUT 1) There's no free seating, tables with a view have "reserved" cards on them and a waiter should assign you the table you seat. 2) Meat products are totally absent from breakfast. 3) Orange juice is too watery, supermarket quality. 4) Coffee machine is not working on Saturdays, so only instant DIY coffee and prepared filtered coffee is available. All in all, an expensive hotel with arrogant service and too many restrictions that are really far from what you expect from a 4* hotel.
