Great place to stay as it is also a railroad museum and very nice and well kept. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are spacious and with great furniture and the breakfast is also very good.

Hot Tub Sacrificed
Motel full of train memorabilia. If you like trains, this is a place for you to check out. Pool is not heated very well; but a 6 yr old will swim anywhere! Exercise equipment doesn't work, which was disappointing. But, they have a pool table, if you like to shoot pool. Breakfast foods, the usual fare & good; there was ample parking - however, if you take your fur baby; you cannot stay in a suite. I was so looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub after a 9 hour drive - only to find out that pets are not allowed in the suites when I checked in. The sacrifices we make for our fur babies!

The Depot inn was by far one of the most clean and thoughtful hotels I have ever had the privilege of staying in! I rented the room in advance because of your recliners in the rooms ! My travel partner needs to sleep in a sitting position due to health issues and it was so nice after a long day of travel to have such comfort’s and cleanliness! Top of the line I would recommend it to everyone traveling in Northern Missouri 👍🙋‍♀️
