"The hotel is located within convenient walking distance to the city center where much activity occurs, but far enough to preclude celebratory noise, especially during Dia de Los Muertos. Staff were helpful, thorough and friendly. The accommodations were clean, nicely decorated and modern while keeping a traditional Mexican feel. Breakfast wait staff were efficient and friendly and the menu provided many options."

"As I try to be a positive person, let me start with the positive. We stayed for 5 nights the first week of July. The beds were firm which is what we like (though the plastic under the sheets was annoying.) The shower always had hot water. Room/property was clean. The breakfasts, though the same every day were good and plentiful. There was always coffee available anytime. The pool was warm. Wifi was never a problem. The not so positive. I sent a whatsapp message requesting a top floor (3rd) but...

But just remember it’s glamming, not a hotel - so, the bubbles are a bit of a trek for luggage, it can get quite cold at night, and the property can be challenging to get to/from if you don’t have a car or aren’t from here.
