This hotel has bugs

The room was filthy and had roaches. The walls had dirt everywhere. We went and let the front desk know and got a refund. They were in no way shocked about the bugs at all. I would not recommend this hotel!

Did not end up staying, got a non smoking room, room smelled like it was just smoked in, burn holes in the comforter, and ac barley worked. Pool inside not open anymore and moisture is getting in from outside smells very musty. Only positive was getting a full refund.

It was a very nice place to visit the inside activities area is a cool concept, the pool would be a wonderful thing to have open. My only issue is that I can clearly hear the people who were right outside my door and in the room next to me the whole night. Other than that it was wonderful.

Our room was clean, however the toilet ran the entire time & the handle fell off of the shower. It did have a small workout facility, but treadmill was not working. Continental breakfast was offered. Not the worst place we have stayed, but needed some work/upkeep.

My family ended up leaving shortly after arriving. The staff was very friendly, but our room smelled like smoke and shower was broke. Also it was advertised that there was a pool and when my family (4 kiddos) arrived we learned the pool has been closed for a couple of years. We would have not booked if we were aware of this. Again the staff was very kind but was not the right place for us.
