Book with Caution!!
We waited for our room as we were early which was no problem. We went to check in after 4pm check in time. We were taken and put into a dirty room. Housekeeping staff reported they only had the kitchen to finish. So we waited on the balcony. The staff apologized and told us that this room was own by third party so they could not assist we needed to contact property owner. They left dirty dishes in the dishwasher and dust everywhere. Toilet was broken. And making a loud buzzing noise. We called the number on the app to contact property. We wanted them to be aware the toilet issues was before we got in there. We spoke with manager of guest services manager James. Who was very rude and condescending. Never once apologized. The only thing he offered to us was to leave the room and have housekeeping come back and re clean the entire condo. As it was already past check in time and long day travel that is the last thing we wanted to do. Manager james continued to question me regarding toilet. Stated that toilets break they will send someone to fix it. Someone had to come 3 times to fix it. The second toilet then kept clogging and we were given a plunger. The pool and beach are great. Just rent with caution as you are dealing with third party with this room. Front desk can only help so much. Its a lot of money you spend on room to have to clean it and plunge toilets. Luxury Suites needs better customer service for their guest and better communication
