The daily rate was very expensive compared with say Munnar, facility location is nice in the hills, but the building is a bit tired looking, need cosmetic maintenance. Breakfast and dining halls are just big sheds with benches.
There is no air conditioning as its mostly cool, but we were in December winter days. Cleanliness is just OK, very few towels and amenities in the room, no safe box. Big gaps in the doors and windows, so outside noise from outside people and buses was annoying.
Internet is very SLOW, and minimal TV channels, mostly local ones. Hard bed and pillows, no bedside tables, and hot water was slow to come.
Dinner and breakfast was nice with many varieties and chefs taking orders for any extra preps.
Positively, nice afternoon snacks and tea, enjoyable cooking classes, and lovely classical dance shows.
