We have booked a double room with mountain view, but upon arriving very unkind lady informed us that she can offer one of two available rooms, gave us both keys to check rooms ourselves. One was with 2 single beds with a window to the wall, the other one was with double bed with a window to hotel parking. When we were searching for a night stay in Kalabaka, our key search facilities were Wi-Fi, free parking and hairdryer. When we reported to the reception about out-of-order hairdryer and asked whether it can get fixed during the day, "yes, definitely" was the answer. Of course, it wasn't fixed during 3 days of our stay. The hotel had 5 different Wi-Fi networks available, but none of them was connectable, and the same lady from reception told us to deal with it: "I've told you the password, I know nothing more how it works, use mobile internet then". Despite the fact the room was exceptionally clean and breakfast was very rich, anyway I'd rate this hotel for 1.5 star.
