The hotel is big and clean.The pool is not very big but nice with city view.All the staff from the breakfast very smile and polite!
The reception staff is another story.
When we arrived our room was given and they put us in a family room.we asked politely if the next day we could go to the correct room and the receptionist said yes.But when she told us the room number it was a standard room and we had paid for deluxe. We decided not to make a fuss and stayed at the first room.But the day before we leave to Siem Reap we booked a mini van from the hotel.The guy told us 15$ each and no receipt at all. Not even a small piece of paper saying something. We knew that we overpaid but ok,it was last minute.All the hotels get commission.When we met the other people we realise that the commission was almost 90%!!!they had paid 9$ with receipt and seat numbers....overall nice hotel, but be careful of scams.
