A nice place with rude service. Clearly a family owned place where money matters more than service.
We booked first 3 nights through Hotels.com and tried to extend our stay directly with the hotel - they were first not willing to extend our stay when they heard we cannot cancel the original reservation. Like it was my fault I got a better price elsewhere.
The hotel and room itself were just okay, breakfast was good as you can expect with 350 EUR price per night, spa was very good. The location is excellent.
On the last morning, they had no hot water and the only thing they did was just to offer to stay longer to wait for a shower. We had a flight to catch and could not wait. If I would be running the place I had offered a free ticket to nearby spa or a small discount. With 350 EUR price, you would expect to keep the hot water running no matter what.
