There was an issue with the first room but the staff were really helpful and we were accommodated in another room. In fact all the staff were kind and polite and eager to help.
Location is really good if you want to be near to Milano Centrale railway station and the metro. Not true city centre but convenient.
Small shop nearby that opens late and good for th Mercato Centrale for food options. Were other food options nearby but didn’t try them.
