Too much money for too many problems
I booked a room for 3 persons via hotels.com and i paid for it and when i arrived at the hotel they wanted to charged me more money because they said to me that the room i booked was for 2 persons and the 3rd one have to pay more.... i communicate with hotels.com and still i am waiting for answer and to see what wanna be happen. Also this was not the only problem. We stayed for 3 days and the last day one pipe broke at the bathroom and all our things were bruised... They changed us room to a smaller one but this was better than to just clean our previous room... We use the dryier for many many hours (till morning) but our stuff when we leave the hotel were still wet. At the end after all what we pass through they charged us the extra bed at any case... lol
Taxi drivers they dont know exactly where this hotel located and there is not a fully address.. (there is no exist address at all) nothing special nearby little far from the center...
Rich breakfast, comfortable room many facilities.... i am not saying is a very bad hotel but with this money i paid i coulded stayed at ''Four seasons'' hotel or to find better hotels with professional stuff working there.... Not happy at all....
