I’ve stay at The Edge every other weekend and this time was not the best. They hit me with $33 more at check in for breakfast which was never the best. Need to step that up people. The fireball shot at 9 was not the same as always. Remote didn’t work in the room and was stuck on a boring channel. Called to get a new one and took over an hour. Wanted to watch a game and told them and still took an hour. Was very disappointed this time. The new bartender up on the roof was there to talk to others and not serve. I never write bad reviews but this one made me mad. Spending $400 on a hotel and being disappointed is never fun. Vending machine on 7th floor wasn’t even there. Can’t get a snack anywhere. Vending doesn’t take cards. Upgrade that would be nice. But I always have fun there. The views are top notch. The food is good. The pools are great. Everything is walking distance. But it’s safe to say, I might be changing hotels next time and give another a chance.
