Terrible. Dont' recommend. We were arriving late and were told it was "24 hours" desk service. Doors locked and no one there. We called local number and phone was sent to main reservation line. There was a phone intercom for the front desk, we called and called and could hear the phone ringing. Could see no one around. Went to a hotel across the road, and the man there said he knew who was working at your hotel and went over to "roust" them. A woman, Melissa, came to the door and lied outright to us, said she was "sittting right at the table" but clearly neither of us could see anyone at all, and suddenly there was a phone and keys sitting where they had not been before; and the phone rang and rang, we banged on the glass door, etc etc. She was non apologetic, outright lied, and then required a $50 additional payment for "extra items" but there was nothing to buy-- no food or drinks in the room. Still not sure we got refunded for this. Her attitude was terrible, she should have just apologized for "being away" or something. THEN the room was soooooo noisy. Noisy air conditioner. Noisy fridge. Noisy ice maker in the hallway. Horrid night with no sleep. Awful start to our trip, maybe got an hour of sleep. Not enought towels for two people. No shampoo or body wash in the glued in dispenser in the shower. Terrible low quality toilet paper and we ran out. No extra rolls anywhere. I want a refund.
