Never again
Staying for two nights there, I could say that my overall experience was bellow standards. strongly dissatisfied by their service & check in process : had to wait 40min to complete a simple request (placing an extra bed in the room by paying extra money, that is so common in hotels worldwide) which request had already confirmed twice : 1.during a simple phone call to the reservation department and 2. round 11:00 at my arrival (was there 4h before officially check in time that is 15.00, so I had to left and return back after 15.00) : I had the chance to reconfirm again the same request, face to face with the receptionist. After coming back for the check in, I had to argue for about 40 minutes faith the new shift staff in order my request to be finally completed but ..with higher price that was initially confirmed !!! What a fair approach !! Breakfast was just the basics : first time in my life there were no eggs in the buffet and no cake as well.. just bread, cheese, ham and some other basics : far away from a 3,5 star hotel standards. Breakfast area was a small one, not for covering 119 room needs (If i am correct about hotel size capacity) and the tables were high enough in order to spend less time there. Be aware as well, that breakfast time stops at 09.00 !!! Last but not least both days that I returned late midnigh, there was no shift at the reception desk and room keys for the late check in guests, were left on the reception within envelops ! Feeling totally unsafe !
