Reported that room beds had Bed Bugs but the receptionist said nothing they could do from the hotel point. They said I was booked by a third party and they would probably get my adjustment from Hotels.com. We were all bitten by these bugs! I am so disappointed because these things gets in clothes and baggage I am told. I am enroute traveling and I will need some kind of consideration for my family . I trust Hotel.com to provide me best accommodations as in the past. The hotel receptionist name was. Army or something that’s close to this name.
