Zero complaints, clean modern hotel in a good location for a good price. Staff were very kind and helpful, managed to check in early after an early flight and was offered a safe room for my bag in the meantime. I was also allowed a safe room for my bag after checkout as my flight wasn’t until later. Would definitely stay again.

Great value for money located just from the Main Street in Chinatown. Staff are nice, rooms clean. Bathroom small but functional. I’d stop here again. A bar at the hotel would be a good addition.

An extremely convenient hotel for exploring the Chinatown area and there’s a night market a block away. It’s central enough for easy Grab rides to other destinations. Rooms are good. We got a balcony room - but it was above a busy, noisy street. Our adult kids were in a room that overlooked a courtyard which was much quieter. The beds are very comfortable. Staff are wonderful.

Hotel is in a great place, easy to walk to China town and lots of transportation available right in front of the hotel. Staff is friendly and hotel is in good shape, clean and comfortable. You can easily walk to the Metro and train station.

Good location to explore china district, very helpful staff, cleanliness, friendly atmosphere. And the most unexpected- comfortable special space for your time between check-out and flight. Definitely, worth to recommend.

This is a neat boutique hotel with character specializing in a beautiful motorcycle collection and a funny Elvis doll collection. It is a very good walkable location to Chinatown, but the immediate area around the hotel my be sketchy for some people use to cleaner and newer areas. The receptionist were very helpful and friendly. The room was small but adequate for a short term stay.

Everything was perfect. The Hotel is really clean an the interieur looks nice. There is always one guy in front of the door and looking for security and open the doors for you. Our stay at the W22 was great! The location in Chinatown was perfect and walkable, even with the hot temperature outside. The rooms were very clean and had air conditioning. Breakfast was not that expensive for a buffet style and different cuisines. The laundry machines were a nice amenity and cost 60 baht per machine (1.80 usd). My only complaint would be the shower. It had two curtains, but water would get everywhere on the floor. The water pressure was amazing, but the shower size was a bit small.

I had a great stay before starting a tour departing from the hotel. The hotel itself is great value, the staff are lovely and it has good facilities but the area around it isn’t the best. It’s quite far from the main areas and I wouldn’t feel safe alone at night, however, there are nice restaurants, bars, cafes temples etc. within a 10-15 walk.

Ideal for first timers and experienced alike

Perfectly positioned hotel one block from Chinatown , far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet at night. Great access to transport also both Grab taxis and rail not far away. Service was excellent my room was large and serviced every day. The coffee downstairs was very good but overpriced - it’s about twice the cost of everywhere else. Food is plentiful and everywhere. Street vendors and restaurants at your doorstep. Definitely have the mango smoothies the dough balls ( like donuts) and the twice boiled soup - or as I like to call it - pig-in-a-bowl. Be brave tuck - in it’s super tasty.

The property is well maintained. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel had security, who were always friendly, helped with our luggage and with giving us directions. It was well appreciated. The area is great for walking for food, attractions, massages, shopping etc. There was always plenty to do in the area. The hotel had a common floor for coffee, cold water, games and laundry - we ran into an issue with the laundry machine and hoped the front desk would help, but they did not. Other than that, everything was great. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again!
