Honest review
All hotel workers are in customer service. There's no reason why everyone working there should be greeting all customers with a smile and be willing to help make sure the customer's stay is awesome.
The valet shouldn't checking his phone unless on break. The valet should also be as helpful as possible even helping to load luggage on a cart even if the customer is going to bring it up. He could also be cleaning the glass on all the doors to keep the area Hilton presentable.
The elevators need new floors since the carpets are stained and not fresh. One elevator has some weird metal stand that should be removed since it serves no purpose. Dining service and food was very good although the helpers could be trained to offer help and smile more often.
Our room was a 2 queen bed kitchen suite. Heating & cooling was very good. Mattresses were poor and the beds could be elevated more. There sould be a light in the tub area because it's very dim once you pull the curtain. The stainless steel appliances were not cleaned properly with stainless steel cleaner. Trash can in the bathroom should be at the sink not way down near the toilet. Front desk service was good but didn’t have that Hilton professional aire.
I run a cleaning service and offer our customers terrific customer service. We just paid over $400 a night at this hotel but felt we surely didn’t receive $400 of customer service.
