"Lovely stay at the Hotel Butterfly. Free shuttle available to and from train station but also walkable. Breakfast as well as an afternoon tea were offered. Rooms were large including the bathroom. I would highly recommend. "

"Zermama was a highlight of our trip to Switzerland. The entire staff was wonderful and attentive. Our room had an unbelievable view of the Matterhorn. We happily donned the fake fur coats to sit on our balcony and enjoy coffee in the morning as Zermatt came alive. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be excellent. Transportation was provided to and from the train station (thank you to our driver!), which is walkable but we did not want to manage suitcases for that distance. The front desk staff were informative and we especially enjoyed meeting the little dog who spends his days in the office. We hope to visit again and highly recommend ZerMama"
