"There were cob webs in our bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable and the ac was loud. Breakfast was early everyday, the food was good. We could the fridge so that was nice of them. Close to Plymouth and Lincoln. It was only an average or slightly below average B&B. It was ok but nothing special. "

"The hotel is older and dated. The room had a slight musty smell but this may be due to the humidity in the area. Breakfast should have had more healthy items such as bananas and oatmeal. The curtains were too short and did not block out the sunlight. The room was clean and the staff did a good job keeping the common area neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was fine but not a great value. Price was high for the condition of the hotel."
