I cannot recommend this hotel as it simply lacks the basic understanding of service. Why you might ask?
In our booking we had the right to:
- Early check in if available
- Late check out if available
- Room upgrade if available
- A bootle of wine
We also managed to get a room with a broken refrigerator that was making a high noise all of the night leading to a really bad night of sleep, until unplugged by us.
We asked for late check out, as flight home was late, and was given from 11 to 12, anything longer was 50 USD. We explained about the missing wine and the broken refrigerator, late check out became 13 and we got a bottle of wine on the departure day, because we asked - not because they were trying to keep the promises of the booking.
Service is delivery on expectations, good service is delivering above expectations - this hotel don't do any of it.
On top of it there is also a lack of work passion and some rudeness from the reception staff, especially on the check out day.
Last, seeing the comments made from the hotel on other guests reviews that had issues I truly wonder if management have an interest to improve, I'm far from convinced. And as a consequence we are not willing to spend our dollars in the bar nor in the restaurant, which is sad as they are doing a good job and all ok breakfast.
For sure we will not come back and can only recommend others to chose a different hotel where you get more value and service for your money.
