MGM has gotten too big. They have lost the embodiment of customer service and the experience. There was skeleton crew staffing on the casino floor, and limited ability to get information except from a sign. Disappointed in the cost of simple goods and dining. $100 for an egg breakfast for 2 is ridiculous. $1000 in one night with not even the impression of staying in the game. Just ate our money so the excitement of bells ringing to keep us playing was absent. Overall experience was less than satisfactory. When the corporate world takes away that personal feel and owns more than half the rooms on the strip it is apparent that the bottom line is the most important variable in their equation of success. You can do better, there was a time you did. Guess those days are gone.
