Enjoy the luxury of being in a home away from home in one of the safest and most popular neighborhoods in Denver. Whether it's your first or fifteenth time, the Berkeley neighborhood and Tennyson Street are pure delights. Truly treat yourself as a traveler when you choose to stay with us. If you find yourself in town for more than the immediate surroundings, then you're in luck for we are centrally located to downtown and the mountains. We also have Minton garden to share with our guests too!The Space:Old school meets new rules when it comes to The Tennyson Adventure. The entire home has an eclectic vibe throughout the home that matches the tone of its counterpart (the main + original home on the property). When creating this space, we wanted ourselves and others to be able to appreciate the historic nature of the Berkley neighborhood with a luxurious twist. Inside of the home, we have placed a cozy and stylish living room. The couch is perfect for day to day lounging and doubles as a sleeping arrangement. At the end of an adventurous day, transform the couch into a queen bed that can sleep two. Next to the living room, we have placed a fully stocked kitchen and breakfast bar. Around the corner from the kitchen area, guests will find the laundry room along with the entry to the Master bedroom. The Master features a queen bed, along with a dresser for storage. The Master has its own private bathroom attached to the room. The private bathroom does have a second door that can be unlocked and accessed from the common areas. In the backyard, you'll find a huge grassy area, along with ample seating. If there are guests inside of the Main Home, then you may find yourself sharing the space at some times. Please be mindful and respectful.Guest Access:Guests will have access to the Carriage Home and shared backyard.Interaction with Guests:My home is professionally managed by Highline Management and will be available to assist your needs at all times. The neighborhood is bounded by Federal Boulevard on the east, I-70 on the north, Sheridan Boulevard on the West and 38th avenue on the south. It is bordered by the West Highland neighborhood on the south and is often erroneously grouped together with the Highlands. The neighborhood contains two lakes surrounded by parks, one eponymous (stretching from 46th Avenue to I-70 and Sheridan Boulevard to Tennyson Street) and Rocky Mountain Lake Park (stretching from Lowell Boulevard to Grove Street and 46th Avenue to I-70). Berkeley Park also contains the William Scheitler Recreation Center, run by the City and County of Denver and including both indoor and outdoor public pools. Berkeley has experienced rapid growth and rise in property values in the last 20 years and particularly since the closing of Elitch Gardens Amusement Park in October 1994. Particularly, Tennyson Street has become a commercial and cultural center for Northwest Denver, beginning in the current decade to rival Highland Square in nearby Highland. City Congressman Rick Garcia pushed for the further development of Tennyson Street in the November 2011 election
