Players card problem. When i checked in, the front desk issued my players card i guess as a courtesy. But, i still had to go to the rewards center to get a PIN. Meanwhile, my daughter got her card from the rewards center and received a gift as she was a new member, like me. Only, the rewards center denied me a sweater because my card was issued at the front desk. The front desk manager had to walk over to the rewards center so they would give me one. My sister, though, had the same situation but a different manager and she never received a sweater. There is a disconnect between rewards centet and front desk which both sides used as an excuse and at times, seemed proud of. But, let me assure you, guests only see one entity. This situation of 'fighting' for what should be distributed equally soured an otherwise nice stay at your hotel.
