For charging a resort fee, they need more staff, more attentive staff, and increase amenity accessibility in terms of hours available. E.g. being able to have drinks or food delivered to you in many areas if the hotel or on property, having better food quality in general (sub-par for this level of establishment, all the same menu in 3 different "restaurants", no diverse menu options, and the wait staff not attentive and/or not enough to go around), ability to have food delivered to your room after 8 pm, etc. Dont know if its the downturn in service indistry since air bnb or covid, but they used to have more flexibilty/options and have a "resort feel". Lots of tables and big trays in the lower levels near meetings roo. Full of dishes and food for a ling time. My guess is they dont have enough staff flr when a business and a wedding book the same weekend. Need better/slightly more obvious signage inside/outside building and non-misleading maps about the resort grohnds. Most food options on the menus at their restaurants were "out." Couldnt get a basic turkey club or a brischetta salad. The staff that was there was very kind and friendly though. They need reinforcements.
