I hope Expedia does not hide or remove my honest opinion, we booked our hotel for three nights to celebrate my wife’s birthday, we checked in early and the receptionist offered us available room for higher pricing ($37 per night) , which I was willing to pay $10 extra per night just to get some rest, but it was not enough for him.
He also charge us $100 amenity fee for Wi-Fi movies, etc. but the Wi-Fi was free on Expedia website
With the first shower, the shower room was filled up with water because it has draining issues
I reached out to them via text message and send them photos and explained how was my treatment for checking in and I was not happy, unfortunately Kevin, who was responding to texts also was not professional and texted me back like a 3rd world countries hotel which they don’t care about the guests experience.
That’s unfortunate because the location is good, but the staff were poorly trained on how to treat their customers.
I hope it makes a change for future guests.
