Horrible
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was far below what we expected, and both my family and I became physically unwell due to the conditions.
Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the room was extremely dusty, which quickly became a health issue—especially for my child, who became ill from staying there. I attempted to address this with the front desk, and we were eventually offered a different room. Unfortunately, this room was even worse than the first.
We specifically requested a thorough cleaning, but the only action taken was changing the duvet covers. The ventilation system was clearly neglected, and it blew out visible dust particles. It is evident that the system has not been serviced in a long time. Additionally, the carpet was dirty, and the bathroom was in poor condition and in need of renovation.
After our experience, I believe that the hotel should not be in operation in its current state. This was an extremely uncomfortable and health-hazardous experience for us, and by far the worst hotel stay we have ever had.
