First of all Thank You for upgrade rom executive room to the Junior Suite and for the bottle of champagne. These are the plus points for the hotel besides the art deco design.
The worst things:
We stayed 5 nights and had two room booked but there was no personal attention regarding everytime we came to the breakfast room. For those who only stay one night, it is daily business but for those who stay more than one night, I am sure, the person should have been greeting, welcoming with her/his name.
A young girl working at egg station, should learn how to smile. Especially when you work in hospitality industry.
