Sun N Sand Hotel Mumbai

The picture of the room while booking showed 2 twin beds, however, there was only one queen bed and they provided an extra bed. We had to remind the hotel staff numerous times to add that extra bed which they finally arranged at 12:30 am. Hotel walls are so thin and we were constantly disturbed by the loud noises from next room. We asked for an extra blanket as we were 4 of us in a room and they literally provided us with a indian railway blanked. Even the pillow covers were stained. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I spent a month in India and by far the best place i stayed. Amazing location on Juhu Beach on Arabian Sea. Most hypnotic sunsets you will see. Staff top notch. All of them so kind. Including my server who reserved a table for me each night at sunset by the pool

Sun n Sand is my Mumbai home. Whenever I am in Mumbai, this is the only place I stay. The staff greet me warmly and ensure I always ensure I have a comfortable stay. Being right on the beach is also a big plus.

I love the Sun n Sand. I always stay here when in Mumbai. It is so pleasing to be welcomed back warmly by the staff who I know so well.

Rooms are terrible and outdated. Stayed in the suite which felt like back in 90s.

I have to admit we came a week after flooding in Mumbai, probably not the time for a trip to the beach. The ocean was full of trash washed ashore, nothing the hotel staff could do about. The WLAN was struggling in the beginning but then worked fine eventually. My room was big but next to a huge fan, which made it hard to find sleep. I did not book ocean view which was probably a mistake and I got the view to the parking lot. The restaurants were fine for me and the breakfast had a lot of choices, but I did not have the chance to get a cocktail next to the pool. For me it would have been a better idea to take a airport hotel and do my meetings there.

It’s a nice property, location is excellent. Little old but well maintained.

Nice location right at Juju beach. Great breakfast with wide variety of choices. Reception staff not very courteous and are distracted easily by side talks. Hotel a can do with some renovations especially on the outside. The WiFi did not work all through my stay. The staff can be.more welcoming and helpful.

Attitude of front office was bad. There qas bo water in bathrooms and i had to leave without having shower. When indormwd feont office they were laugjing rather than taking quick action.
