The worst hotel a have ever visited.
It was a horrible experience. The hotel has some basic facilities that are equivalent to a four-star hotel like breakfast and room facilities but in all other aspect the hotel is less than 3-star hotel. There were marks on the walls, the cleaning was so bad you could find hair from the previous people in the bathroom floor. Even the breakfast was not so good, there was plenty of variety yes, but the cooked food was horrible nobody would touch it. People were laughing with the site of the omelet which was raw.
I booked a junior suit which includes a sofa and I was travelling with my family. I requested specifications about the room and extra charges because I had my children with me. They never replied to my email and they informed me about the extra charges as soon as I arrived for the check in. The staff was very rude when I told them that I had the right to know about the charges before my arrival and she told me: ‘That’s your problem, we don’t send mails to customers’
The area is great but full of other wonderful hotels and more family friendly
