Beds were comfortable enough. Bedding felt cheap. Shower curtain was very short which caused water to puddle on the floor. Pictures on-line made this hotel seem nicer then what it was. Very noisy if you have a room near the pool. Ice machine, people talking, plus pulling roller bags past these rooms was annoying. The extra charge for breakfast was too expensive for a basic continental breakfast that was offered.

Stay was 10/31/25 - 11/1/25; went for Halloween night at Universal. First hotel I've stayed in where "renovated rooms" had actually been renovated somewhat recently. All furnishings were in good shape, not the most expensive things, but good. Three negatives...bed was too firm for my liking; room was near where housekeeping starts their day and cart noise woke me early. Advertising said there was a shuttle to Universal. After arrival I found the shuttle was only for daytime and nothing for the Halloween evening we planned.

Nice hotel if you're going to the theme parks and you wont stay long in the hotel, although no window to open in the room, had to rely on the air con for air flowage which left us with dry sore throats. Nice surrounding area for tourists, no shortage of dining options.

My kids & I enjoyed our stay thoroughly. I will definitely be returning. Staff was so pleasant and welcoming and attended to us for all our needs. Pool area was clean and up to date, hotel itself was walking distance to plenty of restaurants/stores. We even talked to ICON Park from the hotel. We had a wonderful stay

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We spent a week here while visiting the local theme parks. It had a small fridge and microwave, which makes a huge difference. The room was clean and quiet. I felt safe walking around the hotel. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool a few times during our trip. I do wish the pool area opened sooner as I would’ve liked to sit outside in the morning while I waited for my kids to wake up. But that definitely wasn’t a deal breaker. I would stay here again when we are in the Orlando area.

It’s a budget friendly hotel with lots of walking options. They offer a free shuttle bus to the parks which was convenient. The rooms and amenities could use some upgrades. Not very quiet as you could hear people from the other rooms
