Bad house-bad service-high prices!
Dear Mr Lamont Johnson,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay on 27th to 31.1.
I encountered multiple issues that significantly impacted my experience and believe a refund is justified.
1. Hot Water Issue:
On the mornings of [30th and 31st], I informed the receptionist that both the shower and sink in my room only provided cold water, despite turning the controls to the hot setting. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved during my stay, causing great inconvenience.
2. Room Phone Malfunction:
The room phone was out of order, which made it impossible to contact the reception directly. As a result, I had to use my personal mobile phone to report the issues. This raises serious concerns about emergency communication in the hotel.
3. Incorrect Parking Charge:
I noticed an additional charge for parking, even though I did not park a car at the hotel. This charge is incorrect, and I find it unacceptable.
I have filmed the issues with the water and the room phone as evidence. Given the inconvenience and service failures, I request a full refund of my stay. I also expect the incorrect parking charge to be removed immediately.
Please address this matter promptly and confirm the refund. I look forward to your response by 31.1. today. I already instructed my bank to refuse the payment until further notice.
