Exceeded expectations!
What a delightful boutique hotel! Our 3 night stay was excellent in every way. We were within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants on Main Street and a short drive to Acadia. The owner and staff provide so many amenities- beverages, games, books, bikes, hiking trail maps, ice machine, hot tubs, small relaxing areas, and great recommendations for your stay. The omelette station was a great option for breakfast. Highly recommend.

Perfect location!
Amazing location in downtown Bar Harbor right across from the village green and short walks to all the restaurants. Staff were friendly and answered all our questions.

Excellent location and staff
I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming bed and breakfast located in the heart of a picturesque town. The location was perfect, just a short walk from local cafes, shops, and scenic parks, making it easy to explore without needing a car. The hosts were warm and welcoming, offering personalized recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast, which added to the cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was the ideal getaway for a relaxing and convenient escape.

The location and staff are great. The bed itself was very soft, so not good for bad backs. The parking is very tight. The amenities and cleanliness were also great.

Our first time in Bar Harbor. This is a nice little inn with friendly staff. Property is well maintained. Only downside is the room was very small. We had a king size bed with less than 3’ on either side. Closet is only a foot wide. We had 2 large bags and there was no where to store them. There is a headboard attached to the wall that was not comfortable for sitting. The bed was comfortable for sleeping. Baked goods for breakfast were delicious. Eggs were only so-so.
But you don’t go to Bar Harbor to sit in a hotel room. This is a nice convenient place to rest your head after a fun day in the park or village.

Great location and room.
Great location in the heart if downtown Bar Harbor. Bed was comfortable and room was decently spacious. Staff was attentive. Free breakfast was good, omelet station. Only downside was that our room overlooked main road and it was noisy early in the morning. Would have been nice to have romm darkening shades.

The place itself was clean. The staff was friendly. Good location if you want to be in downtown Bar Harbor. Close to Arcadia Park entrance for Cadillac Mountain.
Room had no phone-no closet-no desk-no table-the bikes that are available to guests were rusted and essential not useable. Overall I give the room 2 stars

Excellent experience!
Excellent customer service. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Very good breakfast. Cross the street from free city bus and park. This hotel is in a walkable distance from many attractions, I didn’t have to use my car for anything! The only downside is that the room is fairly small and the bathroom is unrecognizably small. If you’re a taller or bigger individual I wouldn’t recommend. For the most part a good experience.

It’s been converted from two old houses. One of the building doesn’t have elevator. You have to climb upstairs with your luggage.
