Not worth the money
The first junior suite I was shown had the life shaft directly behind the bed. The second where I stayed the night was over the reception with music playing from 7.30. I thought I had woken up in a night club. The 3rd had no heating and the tv didn’t work. I stayed a night and then was moved to the 4th room where someone had clearly been sick and it had a specialist carpet treatment. Because although the carpet was wet - it still smelt of sick. Wasn’t worth the money at all.
I asked the guy behind reception if he knew of a hotel with a spa nearby. He said No. I asked for room service the first night and he said you are best to come the bar because it will be an hour. There wasn’t enough staff. I would never stay in a Radisson again. A problem in every room and no one cares.
This is only the 2nd time in my life I have asked to change rooms.
