second time we were staying at this Shangri La. Food is absolutely beautiful here. The buffet spread is overwhelming, there is absolutely no way you can even try everything.
The staff and service in general is definitely top. Rooms are clean. Overall the whole place is very welcoming and accommodating. I will definitely go back again.

Our stay at Shangri La was perfect. Beautiful hotel with superb facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Great pools and beach access, excellent restaurants at varying price points. Beautiful gondola ride along the hotel canal.
Highly recommend a stopover or longer stay here.

Fantastic property with incredible staff. Horizon rooms are a must for the extras you get and evening drinks and canapés. Property has all you need, a few food options, 3 pools, spa, gym, beach. Buggy between areas if needed. Staff all very helpful. Room great size and lovely to have a balcony as not that many hotels in Abu Dhabi have that
