Disappointment is an understatement
We checked in and got a room that had a bed that felt like a wood board. Asked for a new room, issue was pretty much the same and we went to reception the next day to cancel and the receptionist started talking loud and did not stop or listen. She kept saying „what do you expect fir the price you paid“.
After a short argument she upgraded us to a better, their best room. Which was basic at best. I have no idea how this is a 4 star hotel. The rest of the staff was fabulous and super friendly. We asked to talk to the GM and they refused. We slept there and spent as much time away as possible. The restaurant is like a train station waiting hall, not even an attempt to make it comfortable. The pool is good, the view is fantastic, the hairdryer was faulty and the hand towels were basically cloth napkins, not towels.
I have to give a bad review but there is no way this is a hotel that should be under 4 stars.
