Worst ever reception
Coming to the hotel at 23.00 the only thing we needed was a rest for our next day flight to the US. The man at the reception was really really kind but he didn’t know English and that made our communication really really complicated. Their reservation system was studied and we waited more than 45 minutes in the lobby, loosing a big amount of time from our well deserved sleep after a long flight, and before an even longer.
The worst part was next morning’s behaviour of the lady receptionist. She was ABSOLUTELY unhelpful, everything we asked her the answer was “it’s a different person at the reception now” which is EXTREMELY unprofessional to answer that, to someone who just asks some questions just to figure out the mistakes that happened with the booking. She was really really rude, didn’t want to help or talk to us in a good manner at all. Fortunately, we left immediately from the hotel. I would never ever ever recommend this hotel to anyone, since there are plenty of hotels around there. I have travelled all over the world, and never have I ever came across to a behaviour like this one before.
She also refused to show us the receipt of our payment, saying she is not allowed to do so. The night before, the man at the reception showed us the receipt of our online booking, and the price was 66something while we were charged 84,60€ but the lady refused to try and figure out this difference between their receipt and what we were charged for. Which was unbelievable!!!!
